I am shooting a low budget horror movie that will mostly be shot in the woods. I pretty much know everything i need but the sound equipment. What is the most basic sound equipment i would need to shoot the movie. Thanks :)

You'll just sound equipmentneed a boom to record the actor's speaking, a camera that is able to record with that boom and possibly, if the place you're filming is too windy, a camera or boom that is able to cancel out background noise. That's all for during production, but when it comes to post-production you may need to re-record sound equipmentvoices or sounds because they were too quiet or just not caught on the camera itself - for this you will need a recording room and a mic that is hooked to a PC or something to capture the sound. Then it moves to editing, but you know about that.
