I can't help specifically with Arabic songs but a good broad source of free music, generally in mpdownload latest arabic mp33 or mpeg format, are file sharing sites like torrentspy.com, mininova.com or torrentbox.com. You will need a bitorrent client, usually these sites will recommend one. Clients are usually free/open source and you can also get them from downdownload latest arabic mp3load.com. I use Azureus and have previously used BitComet, but there are many out there and all do a good job. I should point out that obtaining music is this way is often a breach of copyright laws.
