easy to lose weight dietsDo you know any easy diets to lose weight?
I'm looking for a diet that's easy to follow and not that hard that will help me lose lots of weight. If you know any please tell me. Thank you very much!
Hi, the 1st thing I did to lose 50 lbs was to not eat butter, chips, fried foods.Eat lots of chicken without the skin preferably the breast and fish baked with lots of veggies.You can eat tons of chicken and fish the healthy way any lose weight.Oh, and drink water not sodas or juice.Your body only needs water.Eat whole grain cereal with skim milk every morning to boost you matab.And ride a bicycle or run.
I don't have any specific names of diets, but I suggest only eating fresh fruits and nothing heavy with lots of unneeded fat. Just eat good stuff, nothing unnecessary. Also, no more midnight snacks. When you go to bed right after eating a lot of food, it justs sits there and you don't work it out. Exercise, also. Just jogging 10 minutes a day can be so much better for you.
Ah the good old French used to have the remedy to obesity... the good ol' Cell and tred meal trick. Locked up for a week, and forced to eat bread and water while walking on a tred mill, if you didnt walk enough you didnt get your bread! No one came out of that one fat. Viv le France!

I am not huge into going to a gym so I do pilates at home a few nights a week and when it warms up here I will go out for walks at night. And bribery works for me, everytime I lost five pounds I got something small but fun like new clothes or hair highlights at a local spa. When I hit my goal weight I bought myself something big. loud snoring treatmentsIs it tacky to fall asleep & snore during spa treatments?
My friends INSIST it is rude & the worker probably does not finish. They said it is disgusting that I do this (I snore really loud with my mouth open).

You must be snoring in your sleep, doesn't matter you are at home or somewhere outside. Snoring seems to be, uh-oh, kinda disturbing and ill-mannered.
Well a spa is supposed to be relaxing, so I can't blame you for falling asleep. And your snoring is not really your fault! If I were you, though, I would try to stay awake as much as possible. But if you do fall asleep, it's no big deal! I'm sure you're not the only one who has!!

How in the world do you get two shows a week?!? I joined Pampered Chef today and I am very very excited about it. I read the contract and I understand it (I think:)) so don't think I am trying to back out or anything along those lines at all. I have wanted to do this for a long time.
Now I am a single mother. And according to what I have heard, it's a great business for single mothers...but how do you even do the original four shows they want you to do? I barely know anyone here. I can do a show when I go visit my mom at Christmas in her little town...with luck I can pull in 300$ or so. But then what? I had thought of posting an ad at my school (college) but the more I think about it, the more I realize I wouldn't go to the house of someone who just called me and wanted to host a party...that woman (I forgot where) just a week or two ago was raped and killed while going to a home to interview for a nanny job off of craigslist. (The guy who placed the ad was actually...
Well first you need to see if you have any friends or family members willing to host a couple of shows and invite people you don't already know to the shows. And hopefully you will get shows off that. And just know that while they do want you to qualify as soon as you can, there is not time limit you have. You can put cards up on grocery stores, laundromats, libraries, etc with your name and number and other info to get order. If there are any craft type fairs or anything where you can sit and promote yourself you can do. You can if you have a car put your name and number plus Pampered Chef to promote yourself.
Please read all the rules in the consultant binder before you start getting your name out there. There are some very specific rules we consultants have to follow.
And sweetie, if you are not willing to go to strangers homes then you are pretty much screwed in regards to this business unless you do a strictly catalog and online business. Going into homes of other people (ones we don't know) is a big part of our job.
One reason for others to host their own shows is to earn their own free product and to get the year long discount.

Plus the company is awesome in offering info to help me find those ways to get shows. Ignite your hosts and guests interest by showing them all the products they can possibly get. Make the party FUN and RELAXING!
From your dating, say phone conversation, I suggest meeting them in person. If the party is at their home,. visit their house for planning. This way, on the party, you know where to go and you won't get lost :) And you will get a visual on where is the kitchen, where will you set up your table for demonstration, and just get familiarize where you will be working.
Whatever be the results, don't get easily discouraged! Be enthusiastic in all you do.

Don't work for Yahoo or anything, but I have found that support, advertisement, and support is a great way to meet your goals and getting to know potential customers.

I am with a Romance Home Party company called For Your Pleasure. We also have a four party lineup requirement for new consultants. I think this is a wonderful idea - it is designed to get your business off to a healthy start.
I have a team of 78 women and I tell each one of them the same thing - when you decide that you're getting into the business, make a list of everyone you know. Everyone! Friends, coworkers, people from school, neighbors, your kids friends parents, you get the idea. Then, call every single one of them and tell them about your new business and how excited you are, but what you really need right now to get yourself launched is bookings, and ask if they'll be willing to host a party for you.
In addition to that, once you're at those parties, offer an additional incentive for guests there to book with you. This ensures a full calendar right off the bat!
And I do think it's a great idea to post flyers, business cards, that kind of thing. It helps to get your name out there. And, you'll be in contact with your hostess multiple times before you arrive for her party, so you should have a feeling about her either way long before you show up at her house.

It depends on the type of skin cancer, as there are different appearances marking different termphysiology skin cancers, which mark different statistics. Go to a Dermatologist and get it checked out, as soon as possible.
Have it checked to make yourself feel better. Death rates is a terrible way to put your question - survival rate is much better! I think you should relax a bit - skin cancer doesn't result from one exposure. If it did I would have had it 50 years ago when I got burned several times a year. I am - so far, thank Godphysiology skin cancer and my doctors - a cancer survivor.

I got a sunburn 3 days ago and now i noticed i got a small redish mark next to my eyebrow and i was in physiology class and i know to look for redish color and irregular shapes in moles and whatnot.
So can anyone tell me and if i should go get it checked out?
It depends on the type of skin cancer, as there are different appearances marking different termphysiology skin cancers, which mark different statistics. Go to a Dermatologist and get it checked out, as soon as possible.
Have it checked to make yourself feel better. Death rates is a terrible way to put your question - survival rate is much better! I think you should relax a bit - skin cancer doesn't result from one exposure. If it did I would have had it 50 years ago when I got burned several times a year. I am - so far, thank Godphysiology skin cancer and my doctors - a cancer survivor.

I was just noticing that Health > Diet & Fitness has an awful lot of unanswered questions. I know the reason why, but I'm curious if anyone has noticed other categories where so many questions go unanswered.

I believe that now a day's. to many people expect Goth's to be wearing full on makeup styles like kiss. Ive yet to see a goth like that. I know as a fact that some goths may only wear makeup with another goth that's what i do anyways. and there is like maybe three of us in one two rest are all emo's, scenes or neds. and plus it annoys me when people that don't understand it try to understand and show there opinions in the most annoying way's. like they expect all goths to look very freaky like the ones you see on the net when u type it up. just to explain that those are model's there modeling to be goths. but how many people do you see dressing full on makeup am lucky if i see another fellow goth in a month and well the ones i meet are very goth but not as extrema as the likes of marilyn manson and dani filth but even dani filth happens to not wear so much make up when not on stage look up never mind ethe buzz cocks hes ogoth stereo typesn one of the episodes. so anyways those goths that don't wear makeup or do but not very much are not wannabes they ar probably like me find there there are not a lot of goths to do it with putting on the makeup etc. as for clothing am having to order online now great site for clothing angle clothing.com or kinky angle.com and kate clothing looks good to but am not ordering off of there.

My life has changed so much in such a short time. I am going through a divorce and lost some of my family. I am tired of hurting and acting happy. I wrote a suicide poem the other night and am not suicidal yet but i have thought about ending it for the last 2 weeks. Im tired of feeling all alone and left out of this big world we live in.

relocating to boston areaWe are thinking of relocating to the Boston area, where is the best place to live?
The relocation would be from San Francisco, to Boston. We would like a family friendly town. Recommendations?
Check into Natick.. just about 18 miles west of Boston but very convenient. It's a wonderful family-oriented town with great schools. I grew up in Florida but have lived here almost 8 years now and love it. You won't be sorry! Good luck with your move.
BTW, my sister lives in San Francisco--small world!

if you're primarily lifting or doing sit ups/push ups it wont help you lose significant amounts of weight. it will only help your muscles. you need to do cardio workouts. remember: your body starts burning calories only after you initially run for twenty minutes. in order to make progress, your body needs to be at work for at least 20-30 minutes.
but it could also be a health condition. thyroid problems can slow metabolism, so I would suggest seeing a doctor. a condition like that could become why can't i lose weightsevere.

All I find is cheap metal and small jewelry organizers made in taiwan, india or china that are made for girls that are ugly. poetry life deathHow many poems should there be in a poetry book written by one person about life and death (not morbid)?
I have started to write poetry on life, death and awareness of oneself. I would like a general consensus of how many poems there should be if I decide to publish a book. Many people who I have spoken to have said I should as the poems help them and could help others. So far, I have 7 so I know I have a way to go for a book.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I believe there is no necessary number of a certain, i guess, "style" of poem that should be in a book. I think that it depends on of copoetry life deathurse the author and what image they want their readers to have of them. Say the more poems on death you have, and if consoling someone is what you are writing about. Then, the readers would want more of that. Or the other way, Your poems on life. So it all depends on what you want. I know that writers say they do it for the readers. But, if you think about it they wrote for themselves. Every first book that an author/poet has written...was THEIR work, was THEIR ideas, was THEIR book. So they made it the way THEpoetry life deathY wanted it. Then that's how they determined what the reader likes or does not like. Hope i helped a little. :) Im sure it will be great.
Well I would say anywhere from 30-60. I know a guy who has a lot more. Just, that's a lot for one subject. Raise the number to 50-75, and make different catagories.

Say the more poems on death you have, and if consoling someone is what you are writing about. Then, the readers would want more of that. Or the other way, Your poems on life. So it all depends on what you want. I know that writers say they do it for the readers. But, if you think about it they wrote for themselves. Every first book that an author/poet has written...was THEIR work, was THEIR ideas, was THEIR book. So they made it the way THEpoetry life deathY wanted it. Then that's how they determined what the reader likes or does not like. Hope i helped a little. :) Im sure it will be great.
Well I would say anywhere from 30-60. I know a guy who has a lot more. Just, that's a lot for one subject. Raise the number to 50-75, and make different catagories.

I was listening to Human Nature the other day and couldn't figure out the exact lyrics at some parts. I went online to look at them - the part is "if they say why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature, why, why, does he (?????) that way. The lyrics website say "do me that way" but that doesn't make sense to me. I hear "does he do it that way." Am I ridiculously mistaken, does that actually make sense? I know MJ was known for substituting words/alphabets to make em sound right..... any thoughts?

I always thought it was in referenmj human nature lyricsce to the way people tend to mistreat each other (which seems to be human nature), and that the song as a whole seemed to be about a certain kind of youthful exuberance that might leave others (a hopeful lover?) left in the cold. The song's protagonist seems to be interested in the thrill and excitement of the city (whichever one it might be) and whatever people (women...?) it might bring to him, and I imagine that might lead to a lot of unrequited emotions. Those people (women...) are the ones wondering what's up with our restless protagonist.

Inheritance of this mutated gene from both parents leads to sickle cell disease and people with this disease have shorter life expectancy. On the contrary, individuals who are carriers for the sickle cell disease (with one sickle gene and one normal hemoglobin gene, also known as sickle cell trait) have some protective advantage against malaria. As a result, the frequencies of sickle cell carriers are high in malasickle cell anemiaria-endemic areas.
Most early studies of the connection between sickle cell trait and malaria allowed us to investigate this connection. The sickle cell trait provides 60% protection against overall mortality.
