easy to lose weight dietsDo you know any easy diets to lose weight?
I'm looking for a diet that's easy to follow and not that hard that will help me lose lots of weight. If you know any please tell me. Thank you very much!
Hi, the 1st thing I did to lose 50 lbs was to not eat butter, chips, fried foods.Eat lots of chicken without the skin preferably the breast and fish baked with lots of veggies.You can eat tons of chicken and fish the healthy way any lose weight.Oh, and drink water not sodas or juice.Your body only needs water.Eat whole grain cereal with skim milk every morning to boost you matab.And ride a bicycle or run.
I don't have any specific names of diets, but I suggest only eating fresh fruits and nothing heavy with lots of unneeded fat. Just eat good stuff, nothing unnecessary. Also, no more midnight snacks. When you go to bed right after eating a lot of food, it justs sits there and you don't work it out. Exercise, also. Just jogging 10 minutes a day can be so much better for you.
Ah the good old French used to have the remedy to obesity... the good ol' Cell and tred meal trick. Locked up for a week, and forced to eat bread and water while walking on a tred mill, if you didnt walk enough you didnt get your bread! No one came out of that one fat. Viv le France!

And listen to all of the good answers above, eat unprocessed foods and lots of veggies and fruits along with whole grains and white meats. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full (there is a trick to that although it seems so simple). I am not huge into going to a gym so I do pilates at home a few nights a week and when it warms up here I will go out for walks at night. And bribery works for me, everytime I lost five pounds I got something small but fun like new clothes or hair highlights at a local spa. When I hit my goal weight I bought myself something big. loud snoring treatmentsIs it tacky to fall asleep & snore during spa treatments?
My friends INSIST it is rude & the worker probably does not finish. They said it is disgusting that I do this (I snore really loud with my mouth open).

You must be snoring in your sleep, doesn't matter you are at home or somewhere outside. Snoring seems to be, uh-oh, kinda disturbing and ill-mannered.
Well a spa is supposed to be relaxing, so I can't blame you for falling asleep. And your snoring is not really your fault! If I were you, though, I would try to stay awake as much as possible. But if you do fall asleep, it's no big deal! I'm sure you're not the only one who has!!
